ABOUT LAURA…
I’m so excited you are here and ready to start your sleep journey. I’m Laura. I live with my husband and 5 children in Hampshire in a small village next to the sea called Exbury. I have worked virtually with clients in the UK and across the pond in the US.
Sleep shouldn’t be complicated; we all deserve our 8 hours. Which right now might feel a distant memory or something out of reach. With some consistency and teamwork healthy sleep can be achieved.


I will be with you every step of the way
I’ve been supporting women prenatal and postnatally for over 15 years teaching pilates & Barre.
I then realised our main topic most days was on sleep. After having 5 of my own babies and all being totally different I knew this was something I was very passionate about and wanted to help as many other families as I could. That’s when I trained to become a sleep coach. My passion is working with new mummies and supporting them in those early days.
I always felt as a new mummy 1st time or 5th it always felt new. Which of course is true as every baby is so different which for me felt like retraining all over again.
I have always been the mummy who went with the flow of what was happening each day. I didn’t enjoy being tied to the house so some days we had cot naps others were on the go. The difference with Annie & Arthur (baby 4&5) i had no choice i needed structure . I definitely feel I am a believer in both methods. But the most important thing is finding the right plan for your family and of course your baby. I’ve learnt so much over the years, but mostly love seeing the sleep theory I have learned put into practice. This is when I decided I wanted to help other families and become a sleep coach.

This package is designed for children under 4 months of age. This is for the parents are looking for a little guidance along the early days when everything feels like a bit of a fog. You will gain confidence and understand the fundamentals in the first few months Upon completion you will have the tools and techniques to successfully work through future regressions and developmental leaps.

1 Week support
Every now and then, our little one’s sleep goes out the window. Maybe you have been away and need a little adjustment to getting back to your normal routine, or teething or illness has thrown you off course. This 1 week support may be what you are looking for.
SUPPORT INCLUDES:
- Sleep questionnaire prior to our initial meeting.
- 45 minute initial phone call
- Thorough intake form customized to your child’s age that will provide the necessary details to create our plan ahead.
- Evaluation of your current routine and what your goals you want to achieve.
- Detailed and personalized sleep plan outlining goals, discussing strategies and trouble shooting possible future regressions and difficulties that may arise after we finish our week together
- Age appropriate day/night schedule provided that will best suit your families lifestyle.
Top up support

An extra week of support where needed
You might not feel ready to finish after your programme – don’t panic! This is the perfect top up for you. You receive an extra follow up with daily support for one week. This support is ONLY for people who have done another package.

Sleep
The LPO Sleep approach is always gentle, backed by science and tailored to your little one’s needs.
There is no one size fits all approach to your baby’s sleep. We will spend time investigating your baby’s sleep challenges and work out a plan together that works for your baby and you.
Firstly we will look at little one’s sleep diary. Maybe make a few tweaks on structure, routine, and sleep environment. If we need to add in some sleep training we will find the right approach for your whole family and support you every step of the way.
What most of my parents enjoy is the daily support. I like to use voice notes through Voxer so we can chat and keep in touch throughout the day if needed.
I can’t wait to help support you over the coming weeks.

Initially we were unsure about sleep training however when our 22 month old started waking up at 4am and dropping naps we felt it was something we should explore.
After just one call with Laura we knew we were in safe and caring hands and that she wasn’t going to force us down a path that we didn’t feel was best for our baby. We chose the ‘pop-in’ method and from start to finish Laura was there for us, we live in Los Angeles so all our communication was through voice notes & zoom calls which worked perfectly. Laura’s support was amazing and really gave us the strength and confidence to see it all through. By the third night our daughter was laying down and going to sleep without crying, it was quite incredible.
Laura is truly an amazing person, we cannot convey how much of a positive impact she has had on all of our lives, our baby is happier, she is sleeping well and we are all a lot less tired!

After another sleepless night I met Laura for a walk and when she told me she was training to be a sleep consultant i could have cried. Rufus was waking every 2 hours in the night and sometimes every 40 minutes. Listening to Laura about talk sleep training like this made me realise its not about letting them cry it out and leaving them. You can do what you need and what works best for you and baby. Laura is incredible and is so easy to work with. She is always there when you need her and constantly gives you the motivation and strength that you are doing well! I found the plan so easy to follow as it was all done in small simple steps. After putting the changes in place I noticed a change in sleep the next day, I was amazed. I really cannot thank Laura enough for what she has done for me and my family. Babies sleep can change and it can be done how works best for you and your family xx
