INGREDIENTS
2 LEBANESE CUCUMBERS (260G), ROUGHLY CHOPPED
¼ CUP MINT LEAVES
½ TEASPOON MATCHA GREEN TEA POWDER+ 2 CUPS (500ML) COCONUT WATER
METHOD
Place the cucumber, mint, matcha and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between glasses, over ice, to serve. Serves 2
